Can I personalise a jumper or sweatshirt?
Yes, jumpers and sweatshirts are among the items we offer. A name, phrase or design can be considered. The garment, personalisation area and suitable technique will be confirmed in your quote.
What cut-wood designs can I request?
Names, openwork shapes and small hanging decorations, made from suitable thin wood. Dimensions, material and whether the design can be cut are confirmed for your project before you order.
What about décor, stickers or stationery?
Describe your idea: party décor, bunting, place cards, cards, invitations, labels or stickers. Items, quantities and available options are discussed as part of your quote request.
How do I place an order?
Choose an item and prepare your quote request on this page. Send it by email with your personalisation details. This conversation confirms the item, price and timing before you proceed with your order.
How do I pay for my order?
Once your quote and shipping arrangements have been agreed, you will receive a payment link. Card payments will take place on a separate Stripe payment page. PayPal payment can also be arranged by email. Payment details are entered with the payment provider.
Will there be seasonal gift collections?
Occasional collections are planned for Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Grandparents’ Day. When a collection opens, its presentation will set out the designs, prices, personalisation options and ordering period. Its “Order” button will open the corresponding Stripe payment page.
How will I receive my order?
Orders are available by delivery only, to mainland France, French overseas territories and international destinations. Include your destination in your quote request so shipping arrangements, costs and delivery times can be confirmed before you order.
What can I personalise on my item?
Depending on the item: a name, initials, a message or a photo. The images offer ideas; colours, placement and available options will be discussed for your request.
Can I contact you if my idea isn’t fully formed?
Yes. An occasion, a name, a colour or the type of item you’d like can be a starting point. Simply describe your idea by email.
How do I find out the price and what’s possible?
The price depends on the item, personalisation and quantity. Describe your project in your request: options and pricing are confirmed by email before you decide.
How long does production take?
Production time is assessed individually, according to the complexity of your creation. It is confirmed in your quote before you order. If you have a preferred date, include it in your request.
How do I send a name, text or image?
Include the name or text in your email, checking the spelling carefully. If your project includes an image, attach it directly to your message.
